| Though each educational season is unique, they are always
carefully crafted so that students are exposed to the magic
of theatre, dance, and music. In the past we have presented
dramatic programs as varied as The Miracle Worker, The Red
Balloon, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and Shakespeare’s
Othello. Dance presentations have included the Jazz Tap Ensemble,
Koresh Dance Company, the Perm State Ballet, and Dance Theater
of Harlem. Music presentations have been especially varied,
featuring such diverse acts as London’s Royal Philharmonic
Orchestra, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Ball in the House, The
Magic Flute, and The Disneyland Band. And, of course, there
have been many programs that include more than one discipline,
such as Harlem (a multimedia presentation), Wondrous Tales
of Old Japan, and The History of Musical Theatre (in 53 Minutes
and 28 Seconds). |
