All performances are scheduled for one (1) hour, unless otherwise indicated in the description. |

Please arrange for enough chaperons to be present
at the performance. There must be 1 adult per
10 students for all grade levels. |

Please plan to arrive at the theatre at least twenty
(20) minutes before the performance is scheduled to begin,
as it will take some time to get all students properly
seated. Drop-off and pick-up of students must be planned
accordingly. |

When you arrive at the theatre, please give staff or
volunteers the Welcoming
Card/Bus Card that you received at the Professional
Development Workshop with your complete final count of
students and
chaperones. |

Teachers are urged to review audience etiquette with
their students. |
| |
If for any reason teachers must cancel or change their registration, please notify the Friends in writing no later than two weeks prior to the performance date. |
| |
If a significant portion of a group does not attend a confirmed performance, they will be billed $1.00 per seat reserved. |
| |
If your group has any special needs (i.e. wheelchair
accommodations, sign language interpreter, etc.), please
notify the Friends staff as soon as possible. |
